Items Damaged Twice Upon Order Takealot

Twice I have received damaged goods after purchasing an item, I honestly think that is poor pathetic service from any provider, it shows a bad light on the brand 1. Smith & Wesson, 2. HOKC Two very top branded self defence, tactical and survival tools, I give credit to rep on the receiving end of fury from myself who works in the industry where these tools are LIFE SAVING tools, also the fact that no one responds and replies to anything after starting a process to resolve something, One/two people who will be mentioned as they calm the matter down and resolve it within moments or sufficient time and they go above and beyond to always be in contact with the customer (Tevin & Aqueeb). The rest take hours, days and almost take their customers for fools. Back to the items in review I've on two occasions received damaged items or used items, top branded names and extremely recommended quality items given in poor condition, I would like to tell Smith & Wesson and HOKC how their products are given to clients by distributors to customers HOKC Finka folding tactical blade amazing once a one in working condition was given Smith & Wesson SWHRT3 was given damaged and possibly used from the courier not a great reflection on two brand names of quality, my issue is how the service and condition items are been given to customers through takealot.com, something needs to be done or inspected regarding this as I am now at the point of they cannot provide quality and service and give big supplier names like those I mentioned bad names and the fight is not with them
