Items collection

I purchased the product at take a lot and they told that my item is going h to be delivered today , I choose the bank city joburg cbd as I'm staying in vaal and the are no pick up point that side. When I got here to collect my item ,they a telling me my item is not here but they said I must come today the people who are working at customer service I ask them to trace the item so that I can wait because I can't afford to go back home without the item and come back again it is too costly. They told me it none of their business and they don't even care to trake and trace my item .as if their doing a favour for me.this is the last time I bought something at take a lot ,they don't no how to treat customers.
