I had placed an order a week ago and it was a next day delivery order, first of all it was not communicated with me that I will have to wait for another week to receive my order, secondly and I was not told why that would happen I had to find ways to understand this fine. I just hot my order now with a small milk storage container that looks like a toy, I received a bottle which was supposed to be a present - it had no detachable handle as it should !!! The baby is 7 months old and that handle is the whole reason for that bottle !!! I used my airtime and made a call to their CX line and I spoke to a lady that apologised and said we will have to do a return lol Saturday is the flippen day for me to deliver the bottle meaning I won’t have a present because everything I wanted I did not get, **** **** **** Takealot !
