Item still not delivered

We paid for an item & tracked it whilst in transit only to find out that I apparently signed for the item when it was delivered whilst at the same time being at work, I guess I'm capable of time travel.

It's the 2nd time it happened, last month they delivered the item 5 doors away from our house how Pathetic.

Their service SUCKS!!!!
