Item sold out after order placed

<p> I have had a terrible experience with takealot recently.</p> <p>I ordered a Bruder Jeep truck that was on a special last night, to suprise my little boy.</p> <p>I selected the EFT option as the cod option that I usually take was not avaialble.</p> <p>I received the confirmation email and everything.</p> <p>This morning when I wanted to make payment, it suddenly said oops your item has sold out!</p> <p>It was checked out and everything.</p> <p>It was due to be delivered tomorrow.</p> <p>What do I tell my son now.</p> <p>When I called this morning the lady who answered the phone also treated me like I was stupid.</p>
