Item short with delivery Takealot

Bought a Bersa co2 Thunder pro 9 pistol kit on 14 July for R1690 with extra 20 co2 cylinders and delivery paid R1884. Received parcel on 23 July. The lazer sights was not in the box and reported the shortage to takealot. Their responce was swift but will collect the whole order and then resend new order. Waited 10 days and then send back and wait another 10 days. Why not sending me the missing item. Rest of the order received correctly and in use already. The review of Steven on takealot dated 15 May 2024 also received item short should have warned me. Did homework after incident and could have bought everything from a company in Gauteng delivering within 4 working days for R1650 saving R234. Will not make use of Takealot again.
