Item short not delivered - no assistance.

The service is not good. I received my order on Thursday there was one item missing. I have been trying to get them to assist me since then to date all I am getting is automated response. Its like you are dealing with an automated computer, come on guys surely clients are a priority? Can someone take the time to assist.
