Item says delivered but is still hasn't been, days late and paid for.

I placed an order for a chest freezer and security camera on Sunday which had next day delivery as an option. By the end of Monday no delivery, then yesterday they said by the end of the day that we weren't available for delivery but we were home all day. Now thos mornong the app said it was delivered yesterday bit no delivery has taken place. We ordered additional stock for our home business around the freezer being delivered on Monday which is now a huge issue. More so takealots customer support system is terrible, there is not callcentre to call, now whatsapp number tp communicate with, just a ******* email and hope form. How can a company so huge get it so wrong.
