Item Returned with no Charger?

I sent my phone back to take allot to get it repaired because of a crack in the screen. The informed me that it couldn't be fixed so they sent it back, i was fine with that at least i have my phone now. To open the box and the charger is missing. They assured me they dont have it when i know i packed it in there. I have handed the box over to the deliver guy it its original packaging, Why would i keep the charger when i thought my phone would be replaced? My wife saw me pack everything in to the box. <br> <br> Now Tasneem Isaacs tells me that they never received the charger? I mean *** so i looked everywhere for the effing thing and i cant find it because i dont have it.. Im not going to accept that ****. you go for it or send me a replacement. <br> <br> <br> This is seriously pathetic service. To top that all off the Idiot who worked on my phone didn't have the decency of packing it properly back with his oily fingers all over the screen.. What a waste of time! Really..<br> <br> <br> I want my charger back? Give me your address of your warehouse so i can go look for it myself.<br> <br>
