Item returned claimed not to be received by warehouse

So when one return an item to Takealot they don't give you any proof that the item has been picked by them so much that I am sitting with a situation that Takealot claimed that the item wasn't received and my account has not been credited. It has been more than a week to sort out my issue. Besides that the agents promise to call back they never do. Disgusted by this nonchalant kind of attitude and the lack of urgency that this issue receives. I will never buy from them again and will not advise anyone either.
