Item returned but no refund initiated 10 plus days later

I had requested a return of an item on the 15th of September 2023.

On the 18th, the package was collected.

The status on take alot has been concluded by no refund has been initiated. I paid using payflex and it still shows as next payment date is on the 3rd of October 2023. I have sent an email but no reply as yet the reference is MRRN-ZM4RD-RNRM
