Item received is not what was advertised

I sent the following on 26th Mar 2015: <br> Hi, <br> As per order below, I purchased a 61 cm Tigger to go with my daughter's 61 cm collection of Pooh friends as her birthday present. However, I was very disappointed when I received my order to find out that you sent a much much smaller Tigger as advertised.<br> The product I received even says 20 inch on the tag.
