Item received does not agree to features described on website

<p>on 2016-10-23 I placed an order online for a tomtom runner 2 gps watch. The description at the time on the product page stated that the watch has a built in heart rate monitor (I have a printout of the page)</p> <p>However when I reveived my watch a few days later, I received the tomtom runner 2 that does not have a built in HR monitor. I immediately emailed takelot anout this. Upon checking the website the next day I discovered that takelaot removed the product and then updated it where it removed the feature stating the watch had a bulit in HR monitor</p> <p>This was false advertising and I expected to be given the correct watch for the same price I paid however takealot brushed it aside and gave me some reasons that they are not liable for incorrect facts on the website<br />Order Number: ********** </p>
