item ****** prior to packaging - and not reimbursed

i ordered 3 items, takealot box arrived (sealed) with 2 of the items and another packet which had clearly been tampered with during packaging of my order, without the product inside of it. Takealot said my 3rd item, which was ****** by takealot, is not their problem. think before you order from this lot. cant be trusted. Cannot wait for Amazon
