Item paid for and "shipped" but not in our delivery

<p>After waiting 3 weeks for our order to be delivered with very little communication from Takealot and many emails and phone calls, our order of Christmas presents was finally delivered today. However there is an item (a 5 pack of Hot Wheels) that was paid for and yet not delivered even though the order history and invoice say it was shipped. Everything else arrived except this item. I am now fed up and heaven help them if they just offer me Takealot credits!</p>
