Item out of stock - still up for sale

I have bought from takealot a few times but my most recent experience has put me off entirely. I ordered a pink keyboard from the site but ended up receiving a green one from the same brand in stead. I requested a return and specified that I wanted a PINK keyboard, not a GREEN one. They refunded me (which, I suppose, is still decent of them) because they did not have any stock (although it showed that stock was available on the site). I tried to leave a review on the product about my experience so other people wouldn’t have to experience the same thing, but my review was rejected. Now, that product is still up for sale and has only one review of 5 stars that I’m pretty sure is ****. I have seen other people complaining about the same thing happening to them with other products.
