Item On Order not Received(order Number ***)

<p>I ordered 2 items on 1 order. The items was to be delivered on the 2nd of December 2016. 1 of the items was delivered on the 1st of december and no one from take alot can tell me why the orders was spilt. I called today 2nd December at 16:50, 3 times and the call kept getting cut after being answered and me explaining my situation, the 3rd call the agent just said she is not sure why they split the order and it will be delivered today. It is now 2nd December 17:51 and still my item is not delievered. Further more the leave my items with the security guard and leave without me signing for anything. This has happened on many ocassions and still they continue to leave the items with the security guard after me complaing several times.</p>
