Item not ready despite getting messages for collection. Rude staff.

I received a sms and email stating my order is ready for collection, but on the app it shows that the item is not yet ready for collection. I went to the pick up point and told them my problem. I gave her the order number as stipulated on the sms. She said she must see my app. I signed into my app. Then she said that the item does not show ready for collection. I said that is exactly what I just told her. She said she will call her manager. She called her and I waited and waited. Eventually a lady came out at a snails pace. We told her the story. She said she must see my app. Seriously!! I signed into my app AGAIN only for her to say: the item does not show ready for collection!!! Come on!! This was what I have been repeating the whole time! But the sms and the email states that it is ready for collection. She was very arrogant and said she will load a request with head office!!! I have ordered hundreds of thousands of rands worth of items from Takealot. Things are seriously going downhill!!
