Item not part of delivery. No assistance

<p>I placed an order with Takealot.com on 30 November 2016.</p> <p>An incomplete delivery was made on 2 December 2016. I informed them about the missing item on the same day. it is 5 days later and I have not received any response or assistance from them.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am disappointed in their level of service delivery and customer care.</p>
