Item not delivered on time given to me.

I paid my item and a extra R200 to get my order the next day. I tracked my order through the day last it was in Apex Benoni. I live in 160 Forest Road Benoni Agricultural Holdings. Now they have stated recipient was not available but I was here all day. Need this item ASAP.
