Item not delivered on promised date.

I placed an order on the 4 May, estimated time of delivery was the 8 May. Got am email to advised that my order will arrive on the 12 May. When I tried to track my order, it was not updated. I emailed the customer service team and they advised that there is no delivery scheduled for today. This is an essential item and urgently required for work purposes. This is the first time I have such a bad experience with Takealot.
