ITEM NOT DELIVERED. BAD BAD BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I've ordered an item on blackfriday the item was never delivered the courier indicated that customer is not available, however there was no communication with me to confirm delivery time or date. Now my account was credited however the item was never delivered and how the price has gone up and they charge you for delivery fee. Takealot wants me now to do another order and pay the difference as well as for shipping AGAIN. I have even tried to followup with a email however I didn't get any responds. SUPPER BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
