ITEM NOT DELIVERED AS PROMISED.

I ordered 2 items and they were scheduled to be delivered on the 09th of June 2021. 1 item got delivered and the other was rescheduled. To this date I have no update of what is happening with it. I tried calling in but couldn't get through. Please can someone one help asap.
