item not delivered.

I bought 4 Items from takealot.com. firstly the products took time to be delivered they said they are still waiting for one item, I understood that and became patient. the delivery was done but only 3 items were delivered. what is worse is that they didn't tell me that there is one item missing. I called the delivery guy to confirm how many items were delivered, indeed the fourth item was not listed. I called takealot.com and they said they are looking into the matter. the delivery company said that only 3 items were delivered to them. I called takealot again on Monday to followup cause no body is telling me anything about my missing item, They told me they are escalating. I bought the item because I really need to use it and I trusted them to deliver that's why I choose them. I could have gone to other shops to by but I choose them. now im running a loss with making call and making followups. I am so disappointed with them. really disappointed.
