Item not collected

I logged a return for 3 items with Takealot weeks. And the item has still not being collected. Instead they have been collecting the items in drips and drabs. The one item has still not being collected. Even after numerous emails being sent to them. Their courier service provider is constantly saying that they will come and collect on a particular day but they never do. The takealot staff have been helpful but their help has not being useful.
