Item Missing or Incorrect in Order Received (***)

To whom it may concern, I bought on the 17th of June 2023 the following items; 1. Kenwood - Coffee Mill & Spice Grinder - CGM16.BK and 2. Stanley Trigger Action Travel Mug 350ml

Only 1 item was delivered at the address I provided on the 23rd of June 2023. The second item (written in bold) never reached its destination address as provided or it was not delivered. That is very inconvenient, disturbing and uncalled for because the person arrived here (overseas) today with just one item and unfortunately even if it gets delivered now, I will have to get another address as I need it here. Very unprofessional of Takealot to do that.

I need this urgently and I cannot wait for mistakes such as this to happen. I paid the money so I expect to deliver as mandated by your company. It is detrimental to me and my plans are all thwarted.

Takealot is treating me like a hooligan, I reported and a certain Michelle V, responded once with no time frames and no clarity of how am I gonna get mu Stanley Mug. I am extremely sad at the way they are treating me. I am currently abroad and I needed this mug here as there was a person to bring it to me. It was expensive at Takealot and cheaper at Cape Union Mart but I wanted Takealot for conveniency. And I have now landed on this mess.
