Item missing from box, they want the unit back

My wife needed a replacement phone on Sunday, I got an LG G4 which advertises that it comes extras, including a 32GB memory card.<br> <br> I really enjoy Takealot's service in general as they are efficient and well priced, but their returns department is always an issue.<br> <br> I went to the Cape Town warehouse to collect the phone yesterday at 12pm and upon just receiving the box, I asked about the extra items. The guy said the deal is from LG so that's how it comes, but I can open it and check that everything is there. <br> I opened the box and found the usual items. I said then that the memory card that is advertised is not there. I opened the phone and checked in the back to see if the battery was perhaps already inserted, nope. The guy then called a lady to check and she said shes sure its because the phone is a 32gb that its just the storage. I rep**** that the image shows a verbatim memory card and she said they don't know any further, I should email them. <br> <br> I emailed and basically we must return the whole phone now, even though its just an extra item that was missing. I dont see why its impossible to open the \replacement unit\" and provide me with the memory card. Its not part of the phone."
