Item missing

Very disappointed with takealot's service . not sure what to make of this , but all the same a concern . i returened 2 items on different order numbers , the driver collected both boxes marked clealy with order numbers. i only received a refund for the 1 item. waiting 2 weeks for the other refund, been on the phone with different call centre consultants every day . still nothing been resolved . very frustating to say the least, i don't think i will utilise there service again and will not recommend anybody to takealot. i lost faith in this company!
