Item description does not match actual item upon collection

I ordered the 2.2l stainless steel vacuum airpot online and was informed that the item was ready for collection. As I checked out at security I checked to see if it is the correct item indeed. To my disappointment it was the incorrect item, as what was advertised online. As per the lady at returns, the barcode was incorrect and all the stock will need to be returned to the supplier.

This is really unprofessional - is Takealot team not suppose to check stock and description of the items as stock arrives?!?! I was wasting my time and petrol yesterday for going to collect my item which I just ended up returning.
