Item cancelled with no reason!

I have been using Takealot.com for many years now and have always been happy, however as of late their long delivery times have been frustrating. My most recent order was cancelled by Takealot after two weeks wait from time of payment. The only communication I received was an automated email saying the item was cancelled due to not being in stock. I find it beyond frustrating that Takealot advertises items that are not in stock? This was an urgent item I needed and have been waiting anxiously for it. Very disappointing service and lack of communication.
