item broke out of packet.

I recently purchased a mask by Takealot as soon as i took it out of the packet to try it on it broke i am deeply upset because this was my only mask i took with to my wedding venue, on my wedding day. I had to go back home because the venue had strict regulation about no mask no entry. I was embarrassed and late. Im ashamed at Takealot's product. It will be hard for me to shop online by them again.
