Item bought and not recieved

Order ********** 4 Item was bought the 4'th september and was not delivered to me. Though it shows signed and delivered. So far i had the worst experience with the call centre. After many calls and emails, I sent them, i have not received any communication from them. Expect when i call and they tell me, They will call me back or email me, and that has not happened as yet.

I expected more from takealot. Beter communication for one. Better follow up in there call centers.
