Item arrived in wrong color , used and even missing pieces also very late s

I am really getting tired of Takealot! Ordered brand new items and received open box items with even missing contents. Super late delivery ,3 weeks for a item that was in stock.

Pay more for a Nimitz N5 PC case to be in white , receive it 2 weeks late with Back plates on the pci slots missing , damaged box and clearly used case wich is also not even White but black !!!! Some small business use takelot as its easier faster and cheaper than most other places , but the damages they caused my business in the past few months is much more than what I save! This was the last time I ordered from takealot.

Please people speak up about your issues ,I kept my mouth shut for far too many orders that I received that was not what I hoped for and too wait another 3 weeks for them to replace the items would just do more harm to my business then just sticking with what I received and give my clients discount.

Please I beg you speak out against these online shops that just do as they please with no regards to their customers !!!
