**** item and even worst service

I am battling to get a refund for the past 2-3 weeks. I have called the call centre and sent emails. All I hear is that the matter would be resolved the following day. I am a faithful client of theirs and will definitely not deal with them after this experience. They recently also allow sales of ****py/below par *******, making me doubt my dealings with them. Takealot just refund me so I can leave.
