item advertised and what was received is not same (TWICE)

I recently ordered a set of 3 x pairs of gloves on takealot, which was a pretty decent price. When i received said items, i only received 1 x pair of gloves. I contacted their customer service and after almost 2 days of fighting over it, they collected the 1 x pair, and issued a replacement. I received the replacement order a few days ago- AGAIN only 1 x pair inside. Now TakeALot are investigating AGAIN, and say it's all been escalated. This is ridiculous that they palm the mistakes off on their suppliers, but they are the ones packing the boxes. On the barcode label it clearly states 3PC Gloves.

This is pathetic, and i must say i recon Amazon is taking over with much better service and better pricing in most cases..! Even Temu is starting to impress me more than takealot.

I think it's time they pull their socks up..!
