It was in the title - It TAKE(S) A LOT

As we live in a town with no shopping centres, I did my christmas shopping online.

On 24 November 2016 I placed an orderconsisting of 4 (four) items. All the items were in stock and would be deliverd on / or before 2 December 2016.

After the closing of the Black (Blue) friday sale. I was informed that 2 of the 4 items have been sold out and that my Takealot account will be credited. Which credit I was not able to use as the website does not allow the use of credit if the new order is not the exact amount as the credit in your account.

When I received an e-mail confirming that my order was ready for collection, I immediatly informed Takealot that my order was for delivery and not pick up. The order was amende for the 2nd time, due to the negligence of Takealot.

The address I provided for delivery was not exceptable as Takealot does not deliver to Limpopo. They do deliver to Tzaneen and 30km from where I requested delivery. They also do deliver at the address where I requested delivery, just not for me.

On 6 December 2016 I again phoned takealot to confirm what items I will be receiving as the order still listed all the items that was out of stock and my second order could not be found.

I was informed that my second order has not been processed and later received an email stating that the items on my second order was now out of stock and that Takealot proceeded to cancel my order without confirming if I wanted to list the item on my wishlist.

It is now 13 December 2016 and I have no idea when my first order will be delivered to an address 65km from where I live. I lodged a complaint on 8 December 2016 and have had no reply from takealot to date.
