it takes 1 great call center rep to change a bad expiriance to a great 1 (NICOLE HARTZENBURG)

i called in 3 times to esquire about why the tracking date of my product was moved up to the 28th when i ordered and paid on the 5th of august 2018( just take note this does not happen when you opt to pay cash on delivery, once they have your money it seems your not a priority) .

the first time i called someone answered and told me that they are sorry the tracking shows that but it will be sent out on the 22nd (fair enough) so i cut the call.

then i noticed that the dates had been changed again so i called in again and got service from a really unhelpful person that said they would query the matter and get back to me, after afew hours with no response i decided to call back in and was informed that this person i spoke did absolutely nothing ( basically she **** to me by the telling me she would follow up and then did nothing.)(takealot you should really track the calls and find out who that person is because that's the reason you hello peter score is so low because of people like that they waist money, time and oxygen)

The 3rd Call and my reason for rating this experience 4 stars , i got in touch with a call center rep by the name of ""NICOLE HARTZENBURG"" she did an outstanding job in finding out what was happening and made sure to keep me informed every step of the way and was very prompt and professional in the way she conducted herself, (Takealot these are the types of employees you should hold on to and treat like gold because customer service makes a huge difference in a company. a nonsense call center person escalates the temper of clients in turn that client will talk to friends, family, colleagues ect. and from experience i have STOPPED using loads of services just because of pathetic service and Nicole honestly saved you guys a client).

Please treat valued employees well as they make a huge difference, HATS OFF TO NICOLE HARTZENBURG AND THANK YOU FOR THE EXCELLENT SERVICE. hope takealot rewards you well for this!!!!!!
