It Doesn't Take A Lot

I am super happy with Takealot's service, and have been with every order I have placed this year (there have been at least 8 orders and every single one has been perfect.) Not only do the items tend to be ready for collection at the warehouse before the specified collection date, but the service at the warehouse is friendly and fast. I asked about an item I was waiting for during a recent collection and I was informed immediately on the expected collection date, but was also given all of my options should I wish to change anything regarding the order - even cancel it. OPTIONS! Lovely! It shows that it doesn't really take a lot to keep a customer happy - just deliver on what you've promised and Takealot does this. Happy camper!!
