Issuing voucher instead of credit

This is the 2nd time that takealot took it upon yourselves to issue a voucher when wr wanted a credit back so twice we lost out on R150 and R109 and at that time we could not buy anything for that amount. We also asked for an extension on the voucher which was refused.

We also bring to your attention that your feedback is that you cannot replace the item but it's still available on your app?

That is *****ulent business practice and we will report to ombudsman on how you benefited with our money!
