Issues with returned item

Very disappointing poor service, I returned a product in February which was not up to standard as per their guarantee now I'm having issues with takealot not wanting to refund my money telling me that " the watch was evaluated by our returns specialist and they confirmed that the item is working just fine" for the last time Dear Takealot I'm no longer interested in your faulty watch just return my money.
