Issue with refund

I had an issue with a heater I ordered through takealot. Now they're customer service for returns is brilliant and sometimes products are faulty. However when I requested the money to be refunded to my account the money was transferred to my ebucks account rather than my Cheque account. Now normally I would send an email but takealot has opted for a call center only and I can't find an email address any where to contact them and I lack air time to phone them.
