Issue with delivery

Ordered a laptop on the 12th with expedited shipping. It was out for delivery on 13th February now shows as 'Delayed' due to 'Insufficient address details.' However, the address (40 Meyer Street) is complete, and I was never contacted to verify it. The driver later told me it was sent back. For a company that promises fast delivery, the lack of communication and inaccurate tracking is unacceptable.
