ISSUE CANT BE SOLVED DUE TO LACK OF COMMUNICATION FROM TAKEALOT !!!

So i ordered two orthopedic pillows , returned but but only got a refund for one. Apparently the courier only delivered one of the two pillows which i returned... for more then a week i have sent emails to takealot's customer care but all i get from the is "apologies for the inconvenience" .... i have explained that the box was sealed with the pillows still in its original packaging when handed over BUT NOTHING ..... this is very unprofessional and it seems like nothing is willing to help / assist with the problem.

this is so annoying as i am the one emailing everyone !!
