Just experienced the worst customer service at Midrand (N1 Bridge) Collecting my parcel at counter 3 south bound. The gentleman did not even bother to greed me, in spite of me greeting him, placed the item on the counter and continue drinking whatever he was drinking. And yes, not even a thank you or goodbye. Well done takealot, this worker did your name proud!
