Is there anyone working at Takealot that can think outside of the box?

<p>I have been ordering from Takealot for years, but lately I have been thinking that it is just not worth it anymore. A simple request of changing the delivery address (take in mind that it has not even been packed yet for shipping) cannot be handled by the call centre staff. And forget to even suggest to take initiative and approach a supervisor or a manager. </p> <p>It is really frustrating.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>am sorry, but it is like dealing with 10 year old kids.</p> <p> </p>
