Is Takealot.com taking us for a ride?

I bought an electric razor last week from Takealot. 2 items are missing from the box, a beard guard and comb. After purchase, I see the the product has no warranty and is not returnable. This makes me think that they knew that the product was faulty and sold it anyway. This is UNACCEPTABLE, poor and unauthentic service from Takealot. Does Takealot have no integrity ? I want to hear from Takealot: refund the product or replace it with all the correct parts please.
