Is takealot.com ******** or just ***********?!

If I could give takealot 0 stars that would still have been to much. I ordered a product on 13/03/2020 all was well they gave the expected delivery date no problem. However on the 23/03/2020 they cancelled the order a couple of days before delivery without any explanation. They also did not notify me that the order was cancelled if I did not check I would never have known. They also have not responded to my queries, nor have I received a refund or have my account credited. This is absolutely shameful I cannot see myself ever ordering from them again. If this is how they treat customers they should just close down. This is not how you run a business.
