Is takealot ******** people with invalid coupons?

I am very disappointed in takealot this time all Im getting is no solution to my problem, I purchased a gift voucher worth R2000 and I got invalid coupons and now when I reach out to them there's no response and Im hitting brick walls, Im frustrated because there are items that I would like to purchase but the customer service that I am experiencing is just terrible and I don't say i want social treatment however I have sent about 4 emails and there is no resolution as yet, Can takealot customer service get to the bottom of this because its really frustrating in dealing with emails only and your query will be attended to spending on the emails they get daily and they have shut down their call centre as well how will we get resolutions if emails are your solutions in dealing with matters. I AM DISAPPOINTED AND PLEASE GET BACK TO ME.
