IS TAKEALOT A REAL COMPANY?

Am so mad at takealot for wasting my time. I ordered a wifi rooter 10 days ago and it was due for delivery today. Took a day off to receive the rooter only to see a shocking email that they are out of stoc**** And they will refund me in 3 days time. How do you take a client's money for 13days(half a month) then say you dont have the item ordered??? HIGHEST LEVEL OF INCOMPETENCE AND LACK OF HONESTY!!!
