Is ordering through Takealot worth my while, the replacements / repairs is so inconvenient..........I question the standard of their suppliers.

Well, I have had a HORRIBLE experience ordering through takealot lately, in summary, in the past year I have ordered 1. A Kenwood Air Fryer Oven, (this was returned due to defect), had to wait 21 days for supplier to decide what to do and send me a replacement. 2. Samsung S24 ultra (this phone was eventually reported as ****** by a service provider), when we tried to have it fixed as it was not working properly after the first 18 months, (we had to get that replaced and they blocked the seller), but the insecurity of purchasing a cell phone from takealot, only to find out that they sold me a ****** device, which was still wrapped and sealed when I got it. 3. LeCrusset 1.8l kettle, this eventually had to be returned to supplier as this was given issues after about 6 months, (waited 3 to 4 weeks) for a replacement, in the meantime, I purchased another kettle and was told by takealot that the supplier does not want to give me a cash refund, I must accept the replacement product. Now I sit with 2 kettles. Not ideal for me. 4. The replaced kenwood airfryer oven, is now once again problematic, the LED display is faulty (so here I go again, I need to wait for takealot to collect it, wait for the supplier to investigate it then make their decision and replace it), so I will be without my cooking appliance for approximately 3 weeks AGAIN. I am starting to wonder whether purchasing from takealot is worth my while anymore, it is more problematic as everything takes a few weeks before things are resolved. I am starting to question their standard of suppliers, are they being vetted????? I today emailed the CEO on both his email addresses and copied takelot, now I wait the waiting game. I have just a week ago ordered a Bosch fridge/freezer R30k worth and I am so stressed about this product and defects!!!!!!! I wonder if there will be a positive effective outcome that will NOT inconvenience me......
